Kyoto is a city deeply rooted in culture; Taro’s images capture the mystery of its traditional architecture, bamboo gardens, and luscious sakura, as well as the city’s more modern areas, showcasing Kyoto’s gift for finding new ways to use and preserve its ancient appearance while continuing to evolve. Sprinkled throughout In Kyoto are traditional poems about the city, in both English and Japanese, to add another dimension of time to the images.
Taro Moberly is a street and travel photographer based in Kyoto, Japan. His passion for photography started when he moved to Japan from his native California in 2015. Originally just a way to share his life with friends and family back home, his photography practice quickly became a source of curiosity and an opportunity to explore the world around him.
Today, he’s interested in using photography to share how he sees the world, its cultures, and its people. He hopes to inspire others to seek out the beauty that surrounds them.

Returns
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You bear the direct costs for returning the products. More information on our return policy is available here.

Returns
Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The actual stock can change at any moment. It is possible that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you made your purchase We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and is in the same condition as when you first received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
